We understand that the kitchen design journey may be new to you and we are committed to providing our expertise and guidance to make the experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. To help you prepare and provide some guidance on exactly what you can expect from your kitchen design journey, we’ve put together this timeline of events on what to expect.
Initial Conversation
Whether you have visited our showroom in Whittlesey, Peterborough or have given us a call on 01733 20 87 87, your first introduction to the kitchen design process should have provided you with a good initial insight into the type of kitchen ranges we offer and exceptional expert service we provide.
From this initial meeting, we will plan a time and date for our kitchen design expert to venture to your home in Peterborough and begin to take measurements so we can start designing your dream kitchen.
Free Kitchen Brochure & Measurement Process
On the agreed time and date, our kitchen designer will visit your property and take all the relevant measurements they require to start building out your kitchen design. They will also provide you with a free kitchen brochure containing a selection of our bespoke kitchen ranges so that you can begin to decide on the best choice for your kitchen renovation.
Design Consultation Meeting
If you wish to proceed in the kitchen design journey, we will invite you to a sit-down consultation with one of our expert kitchen designers. This meeting will last a few hours discussing all your kitchen requirements in detail so our expert can go away and design the kitchen of your dreams. If you have a kitchen design that you are already interested in, mention this to our expert kitchen designers who will find a design to match your requirements.
Presentation
Based on the initial discussion in the consultation meeting, we will prepare a bespoke concept kitchen design that will be presented to you in our showroom. This will be a unique 3D design that will give you a great idea of what your kitchen would look like in person.
Technical Design & Project Finalisation Meeting
We will then invite you back to review your plans and perfect the final design to all your requirements. If you wish to make any final tweaks or changes, this can be arranged here.
After you are fully satisfied with the design, a deposit will be made and those all-important finishing touches will be decided, we will complete the technical designs, drawings, visuals and production plans. Once complete, there will be a final meeting to sign off on the agreed design.
Site Survey
After the final design has been signed off and agreed upon, our design expert will arrange a site survey to measure your space and ensure your design aligns with your technical requirements.
Installation & Deliver
Finally, based on the agreed designs, we will agree on a suitable installation and delivery timeframe for your kitchen and complete your installation.
